Best Upcoming and Awaited Game Titles-Part 1

At the recently concluded E3 expo 2012, a lot of fabulous and awaited game titles were finally announced. These announced titles included sequels to some epic games such as Crysis 2, Gears of War, Assassins Creed and some totally new ones. So, which are the ones you should start saving your money for? which ones are expected to sell of the shelves? Which platforms will your favorite game title be released for? Read on to find answers to all these questions in this 3 part series with 3 games detailed in every part. Also, you will find the official trailers alongside the game detailed.


1) NFS Most Wanted 2012: Didn't really forget the 2005 epic racing Game NFS Most Wanted? Then, you would surely be glad that EA( Electronic Arts) has finally planned developed a direct sequel to it. The 2012 sequel of the same name( Yes, that's a bit weird!) was revealed at the E3 expo 2012 and will be released worldwide for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, beginning in North America on 30 October 2012. It will be released in European countries on 2nd November 2012. NFS Most wanted would be the nineteenth title in the long running Need For Speed Franchise. The Game would also be released for PlayStation Vita, Android devices and also ios based devices.

The game is very similar to its 2005 counterpart in terms of game play. The game like others in the franchise allows its players to race on streets, sidewalks, bridges, option to choose a ride from an array of cars. The graphics have been tweaked to ensure a more realistic gaming environment. One of the interesting additions is the Auto-log system which rewards points to the players on the basis of their activities and performance in the game which is then submitted online and compared with other NFS Most Wanted Players from all around the world. The result, an online leader board competition. EA and its co-developer criterion has high hopes from the game after last year's poorly received Need For Speed: Run.




2) Assassin's Creed III: Assassin's Creed 3 is the latest addition to the Assassins Creed franchise. Like other entries into the Franchise, Assassin's Creed 3 is a historical Action Adventure game and has been developed by Ubisoft. The Game has a new protagonist Connor Kenway (Birth name Ratonhnhaké:ton (pronounced "Ra-doon-ha-gay-doon") who is Half-Native American and Half-English. The game is set in the times of Colonial America. The Assassins-Templar war has become involved in the American revolution. As series' protagonist Desmond Miles, the player controls young Connor Kenway, drawn into the fight against tyranny when his home is attacked by colonists. The game is set for release on October 30, 2012 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and for Microsoft Windows on November 23, 2012. Ubisoft has said that the game will be bigger than any of its previous installments.
       
The Game is said to span for about thirty years on Connor's life from 1753 to 1783. Through the course of the game, the protagonist would meet many historical figures of the American Freedom struggle including George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and money others. Philadelphia, Boston and new York are the major cities that can be explored along with the Frontier - an open world area full of forest, cliffs, rivers, Connor's Mohawk village, and the settlements of Lexington and Concord. The entire eastern seaboard will also be explorable via Connor captaining a ship.



3) Crysis 3: The third main installment in the Crysis franchise, Crysis 3 is the direct sequel to the Crysis 2. Set in 2047 i.e., 24 years after Crysis 2, the First-person Shooter video game sees the player taking on the role of the Prophet as he returns to the city of New York. Upon returning, he finds that the city has been encased in a giant Nanodome created by the corrupt CELL corporation. The New York City Liberty Dome is a veritable urban rainforest teeming with overgrown trees, dense swamplands and raging rivers.

The game has Prophet set on a 'revenge mission' after discovering the truth behind the CELL's motives behind building this quarantined Nanodomes. Psycho is said to return alongside Prophet in Crysis 3.
The Game will be released for a wide range of Platforms Including Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and X-box 360. The Game is said to be released in 2013.
